Corey Brooks Intuitive has a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. Clients may contact Corey Brooks Intuitive at corey@coreybrooksintuitive.com regarding rescheduling or canceling an appointment more than 48 business hours before a scheduled session free of charge.
Changes made within 24 hours are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Corey’s availability. A 50% fee applies to appointments cancelled within 24 hours.
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments forfeit the appointment time and are charged the full rate of services. Refunds will not be issued for same-day cancellations.
